In 2023, Russia's leading rating agencies confirmed the property developer's high credit rating. National Credit Ratings (NCR) assigned the company a rating of A-.ru with a stable outlook. The Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) and RA Expert confirmed the company's rating at A-.

The company's high credit rating is due to a strong assessment of its operational risk profile, the company's comfortable debt load, very high profitability and debt service ratios, as well as strong liquidity and cash flow estimates. Proprietary sites will allow the real estate developer to increase its current construction volume to more than 1 million m2 in a short timeframe and significantly increase sales and revenues in 2024-2025.
